During this period, if you feel your rug pad is defective, damaged, or rendered ineffective from use you may return it to us for a replacement pad of equal value.

RugPadUSA also guarantees that our pads will not stain, mar, or discolor any surfaces if used in accordance with your flooring manufacturer's instructions.
