Free & Easy Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it for a complete refund within 60 days of your original purchase. Return shipping for all orders placed within the 48 continental United States is free of cost. This includes free returns on custom cut rug pads and pre-cut sizes. For orders shipped outside of the 48 continental United States and internationally, an additional fee for return delivery will be assessed based on the size and weight of your items and applied to your refund.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us directly. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will immediately cancel your payment and refund your order at no additional cost or restocking fee.

However, if your order is cancelled after its shipment it will be treated as a return.

If you would like to make a return, please submit the form below. We will provide you with a return slip along with further instruction. Upon the arrival of your returned item you will receive an email informing you know when your refund is available.
